Before I left for Haiti, my daughter had one primary concern: would daddy be home in time for the father daughter dance? Well, we made it to the dance at her school. I was tired and a little under the weather but Kaitlyn was very, very happy and we both had fun. Kaitlyn also was proud of her dress, which happened to be the same dress her friend, Chloe, wore. Apparently, at age six, women can wear the same dress to the same event without problems. Kaitlyn enjoyed running around, dancing, and she even danced with daddy a couple of times. So here's to the first father daughter dance.
