Photo Update from MMT in Port au Prince
Jacob Fiene, Manager of Mercy Medical Teams for LCMS World Relief and Human Care, has sent these photos from the clinic at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Port-au-Prince. Good Shepherd is Rev. Thomas Bernard's parish. The team arrived on site Monday, February 15th.

Interview with Rev. Thomas Bernard
"Some people say that this earthquake happened because of the sins of the Haitian people, but I do not see it that way. Jesus answered for the sins of the world on the cross. He is not trying to get us to pay for our sins, he has already done that. What has happened in Haiti could happen in other countries too."

He also mentioned that the US Geological Survey is predicting a possibility of a magnitude 8 earthquake in the next 90 days.
